Continued fraction for incomplete gamma function (vectorized version). This function should be called from function batainc_vec.m only.

Input and output variables:

• x: x value to calcluate cumulative beta distribution
• a: first shape parameter
• b: second shape parameter
• f: return value of beta cdf at x for a and b
